What We're Looking For:

A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching KS3-KS4 Maths (KS5 highly desirable)

A strong track record of improving outcomes and leading successful teaching strategies

Leadership experience (e.g. 2nd in department, subject coordinator, or current HoD)

Confidence in data analysis, curriculum planning, and assessment for learning

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a drive to inspire both students and colleagues

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading the Maths department with vision, energy, and strategic planning

Mentoring and developing a talented team of teachers

Overseeing curriculum design, delivery, and assessment to ensure outstanding progress

Fostering a culture of high expectations and a love for mathematics

Collaborating with senior leadership and contributing to whole-school improvement
