Job Summary

Brydge is a leader in premium accessories for iPad and Microsoft Surface. To support our accelerated growth, we are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our growing operations team. Specifically, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for customer service and most importantly a desire to further their career in a fast moving, exciting environment.

As a customer service specialist, you will be engaging with our biggest asset, our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day to day interaction with customers through our email and phone channels. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • General enquiries
  • Order processing and management
  • Returns processing and management
  • Technical troubleshooting

Qualifications and Skills

As we are a hardware based company, we require someone who not only has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, but also for technology. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Process orientated with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly and communicate clearly
  • Strong experience with various systems such as order management, e-commerce platforms, google sheets and customer service CRM applications.
  • University degree with at least 3 years experience in customer service / call center environments is preferred
