Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Birmingham

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to independently manage a varied caseload within a highly regarded and supportive team. You will take a proactive, commercially aware approach to case progression, collaborate closely with colleagues and play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for running your own caseload
• Agree case strategy and tactics with senior leadership
• Identify cases ready for LOC, settlement, or service
• Ensure accurate and thorough time recording
• Oversee documentation and correspondence across the team
• Maintain strong commercial awareness in case management

Your Profile:

• NQ – 5 years PQE
• Recent experience managing a litigated caseload independently
• Strong drafting, negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent organisational, time management and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Proclaim, Excel)
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident mentoring junior colleagues
• Flexible, results-driven and committed to excellent client care
