My client is a well-established, family-run, independent agency and is looking for a driven SeniorSales Negotiator to join their team in a fantastic location in North-West London. This role is ideal for a highly target-driven Sales Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-billing environment and is motivated by uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn extremely well. The office benefits from strong stock levels, excellent market presence, and a proven track record of producing top billers.

• Register buyers and identify their key requirements
• Arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers to maximise agreed sale prices and fee income
• Manage and grow strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Proactively generate new instructions through canvassing, networking, and referrals
• Consistently work towards and exceed individual and office targets
• Operate as a key contributor within a performance-driven sales team

• Minimum 24 months' experience in London residential sales
• Proven record of working in a target-driven, high-billing environment
• Highly motivated by commission and financial reward
• Confident negotiator with strong closing ability
• Passionate about property and delivering results
• Professional, well-presented, and commercially focused
• Strong rapport-building and relationship management skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Car allowance / pool car
• Uncapped commission structure with genuine high-earning potential
