RGsetsquare are looking for a static Multi Skilled Maintenance Electrician to work on health-care sites in east London area.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Electrician - Static but driving licence required

The main site on this contract is in Homerton and there are 2 other sites within close proximity.
Responsible for planned, preventative and responsive maintenance. The types of work involve commercial electrical repairs, maintenance and light installation. This could involve Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, Emergency light testing, Electrical fault-finding, minor electrical works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits, fuses, transformers, circuit breakers and control panel maintenance. Other general maintenance as required.
Previous experience working in this environment or other secure environments like prisons would be useful but all other commercial experience will be considered.
There is no van provided for sole use but the candidate will need to have a full UK driving license, no more than 6 points and not been banned from driving in the past 5 years. They will have use of a pool van for when on-call, needing to go to one of the other sites, collect materials for example
The position will also be subject to a DBS check (Standard Level) Would you be able to ask them to declare any unspent convictions please.
Qualifications: Level 3 Electrical Installations and 18th edition. Desirable would be test and inspect but this is not essential.
Salary: Up to £21p/h PAYE
They will be required to go on-call. Roughly 1 in every 5 weeks. Overtime paid for a minimum of 2 hours per call out at time and a half or double time if a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
