We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a growing business in Evesham, supporting their purchasing and business planning departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key part in a busy, fast-paced team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the purchasing and planning teams
Maintain and update internal systems and records accurately
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare reports, documentation, and order summaries
Track and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience (ideally in purchasing, supply chain, or business planning)
Confident using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
Strong attention to detail and time management
Clear communication skills - both written and verbal
