This project manager will be part of a culture driven, independent, Bournemouth based agency who are looking to add a driven Project Manager who is comfortable in everything digital including web builds.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, this is what you will be doing day-to-day:

Attend client and internal meetings and take detailed briefs
Produce and maintain projects, schedules and budgets.
Resource management, both internally and working with contractors.
Making sure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
Hosting regular status meetings and provide regular updates to clients and key stakeholders.
Admin work including contracts, documentation and invoicing.Additional skills

Organisation - For this project manager role, you must be extremely organised and able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional team members.
Problem solving - You must be able to prioritise workloads, simplifying complicated workflows and taking care of future resourcing issues before they happen.
Communication -you will need to maintain regular communication with the Head of Data and Insight, the growing team of employees and contractors - clients or internal account managers.
Confidence - You must be able to manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities and not avoid difficult conversations.
