Project Manager

Location: Malvern (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a multinational Defence & Technology company with offices across the UK.

Main responsibilities:

Delivery of high value & complex projects
Development and maintenance of positive engagement with project customers, partners & suppliers
Delivery of project outputs to agreed baselines (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash & sales)
Ensuring project members operate in line with Operating Framework & Functional competency management requirements
Resolving conflicts within the project and collaborating across the team
Application of governance requirements (including full project lifecycle, project & independent reviews)
Reporting progress on all accountabilities to programme/portfolio managerKey Skills & Experience:

Experience in relevant sectors including: Defence, Aerospace, Government/Public Sector, Utilities, Engineering, regulated industries etc. are desirable
Stakeholder Management: identifying, planning and implementing actions to positively engage parties with an interest in project outputs
Leadership: influencing and aligning towards the vision for the project
At least 2 years minimum in a project management role
Relevant certifications including APM PMQ/Waterfall/Agile
Must be eligible for UK SC clearanceOur Benefits:
