SEN Teaching Assistant

Full Time / Part Time
£90 - £105 per hour (depending on experience)
Support pupils with needs such as:

Autism (ASC) - helping children develop social skills and confidence
Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) - supporting communication and expression
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) - assisting with differentiated lessons
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) - promoting wellbeing and positive behaviour
What you'll be doing:

Providing one-to-one or small group support in the classroom
Implementing IEPs and personalised learning strategies
Helping pupils build independence, communication, and social skills
Working closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to track progress
What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children with SEND
Understanding of different SEND needs and strategies
Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
