Must have's

Experience coordinating complex logistics or operations (events, hospitality or similar environments)

Exceptional attention to detail across bookings, contracts and documentation

Confident written and verbal communication skills, including with international stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

A genuine passion for travel and delivering seamless experiences

Nice to have's

Experience within group travel or tour series operations

A second European language

Strong geographical knowledge of Europe

Experience working with supplier contracts, costings and financial administration

So, what will you be doing?

Managing multiple European tour departures each month, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish

Coordinating supplier bookings, payments and contracts while monitoring budgets

Producing detailed itineraries and documentation for tour leaders and on-call teams

Handling customer service queries and reviewing post-tour feedback

Collaborating with sales offices, suppliers and internal departments to create memorable journeys

Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting invoice queries
