We are currently recruiting Lathe Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall. This role involves operating lathe machinery, monitoring product quality, and supporting high-precision production. Full training is provided with a structured on boarding process.

Shift Pattern (rotating 12-hour shifts):

Week 1: Wednesday-Saturday (18:00-06:00)
Week 2: Thursday-Saturday (06:00-18:00)
Hours: 77 hours over 2 weeks 
Training: Up to 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00

Pay Rate: £12.51 per hour during training, rising to £18.39 after training

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate lathe machines to meet production requirements
Carry out regular quality checks and record production data
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Work to high safety and cleanliness standards
Pack finished components and label correctly
