Our brand-new, luxury care home is situated in the small village of Crow, just a short distance from Ringwood. We provide high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 72 residents.
We are now recruiting a dedicated and passionate Activities Coordinator specialising in dementia care to help enrich the lives of our residents through creative, person-centred activities.
With a strong understanding of dementia and a warm, imaginative approach, you will bring joy, engagement, and purpose to our residents every day.
What We Offer

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do
You will take the lead in designing and delivering a programme of dementia-friendly activities that are meaningful, engaging, and tailored to the needs and interests of each resident. You will get to know each individual to create personalised experiences that support their wellbeing and encourage connection. You will organise group sessions, one-to-one activities, and special events that bring joy and purpose to daily life. You will also maintain accurate records of participation and engagement to support ongoing care planning and evaluation.
