Salary: £10.50 - £12/hour

We are recruiting for 4 x Supply Chain Administrator office based for a 3month temp role to start ASAP.

Working hours 8am to 5pm could be flex 9 to 5pm
Pay rate £10.57 + Holiday Pay

Main Duties

Review of Supplier Portal application for payment with commercial overview for approval
Identify any issues and resolve ensuring cost management of all jobs is enforced and jobs are not run at a loss or over the approved amount.
Dealing with suppliers queries
Tracking and monitoring live suppliers, volumes and timeframes for process
Liaising with the business to resolve disputes
Manage day to day contractor KPI adherence
Manage day to day escalations relating to Invoice approval
Communicate effectively with peers and management to diverse priorities
Ensure the provider payment process is completed timely and accurately for providers

The ideal candidate;

Experience in working in a Supply Chain/Accounts Payable or Finance role
Proficient excel skills and systems knowledge (Maximo, SAP and MS Office)
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative
Excellent communication is essential as well as sound stakeholder management skills at all levels
