As our Nursery Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of the nursery, working alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure that every child receives exceptional care, attention, and learning opportunities. You will help support and guide the team, maintain a high standard of safeguarding practices, and foster an environment where children feel secure, confident, and inspired to explore. You will take pride in being hands-on, leading by example and contributing to a warm, inclusive setting.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days, depending on your preference. Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

We are looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager with:

* A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

* Previous leadership or deputy management experience

* Great communication skills and the ability to motivate a team

* A genuine passion for early childhood development
