Job Description

Our ideal candidate must have experience with Cash Basis Accounting, Basic Financial Reporting, General Office Duties, as well as maintaining and growing positive client relationships.  Candidate should take a hands on interest in understanding the entire operation.  Must also have strong problem solving skills, in both independent and team oriented situations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and QuickBooks Desktop Software.

Working responsibilities for this position will be:

·         Monthly Data Entry pertaining to a select group of clients

·         Bank Reconciliations

·         Payroll Entry 

·         Revenue Reconciliations

·         Discrepancy Resolutions

·         Basic Financial Reporting

·         Expanded & Specific Financial Report Management

·         Continual Correspondence with clients and their assistants

·         Year End Reporting of 1099’s. Tie W2’s to 941’s and W3



·         Up to $40k/year - Depending on Experience
