This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced, highgrowth environments and wants to be part of an energized, collaborative commercial team. As an SDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business pipeline and shaping the outbound strategy.

Experience Required

  • Recruitment / Sales experience would be hugely advantageous, with experience in outbound prospecting: cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach
  • Comfortable owning daily activity and booking new meetings
  • Able to source new leads using tools such as LinkedIn or similar platforms
  • Confident in maintaining accurate data and pipeline updates in a CRM
  • Ability to capture market feedback and share insights with the internal team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing a robust outbound pipeline
  • Booking discovery calls with senior decision makers
  • Conducting high volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels
  • Keeping CRM activity up to date with accurate forecasting
