Salary: £62 - £96 per day

Job Type: Full time - Temporary

Start Date : June 2024

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 15:30pm

Monarch Education is working with a SEND Secondary School in rural Coventry specialising in students with high levels of anxiety We are looking to recruit for a calm and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children aged 11 to 16.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people in the classroom and out on group activities
  • Helping children settling into a new class and establishing routines
  • Candidates with transferable experience/knowledge are welcome to apply.

Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children and young people with Autism or Anxiety
  • Calm, nurturing and patient approach
  • Be versatile and resilient in varying situations
  • Have knowledge/experience of ASD is beneficial
