Job Type: Temporary

Salary: £18500 / annually

 

Hours of work - 

Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30

Role Purpose:

The purpose of the Agency Administrator is to work within the administrative team to ensure accurate collation of worked hours. Validating with the operational team any inaccuracies within timesheets provided. Feedback into the finance team to generate the subsequent billing to the client. Build relationships with the teams and gain commitment to provide information in a timely manner.  Create and distribute associated logs and reports to improve and manage the process.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collate and validate colleagues time sheets
  • Issue timesheets to Finance team once accurate
  • Collaborate with the operational and finance tem
  • Update Agency Logs
  • Create and publish reports

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong numerical and written skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, administration and planning skills combined with the ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Team player - provide support and assistance to other members of the team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and particularly Excel, including basic formulas, sub-totals and pivot tables
  • Experience of working in a client-focused or operational role
