Our client, a modern and forward-thinking architectural studio, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician with proven expertise in delivering large-scale residential schemes for leading UK house builders. Role Overview

• Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for major residential projects

• Work collaboratively with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to achieve creative and regulatory goals

• Ensure all work meets UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards

• Offer guidance and technical mentorship to junior team members

• Attend and contribute to client and project team meetings

About You

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

• Significant experience delivering residential schemes for national house builders

• Excellent technical ability and meticulous attention to detail

• Skilled in relevant CAD/BIM software

• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently

• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
