RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established wholesale company based in Wrexham, who are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in accounts payable or a strong administrative background looking to progress their career in finance within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
Joining a team of 6 you will report into the account's payable supervisor.
Duties will include but are limited:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Supporting the wider finance team
