Location: Ladbroke Grove London, W10 5UP

Contract Duration: 2+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 27.40 per day

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage housing services for residents within the social housing sector.

Ensure compliance with housing legislation and other landlord-related obligations.

Lead and manage a team of officers focused on housing management and service improvement.

Develop and implement strategies for service improvement and resident satisfaction.

Build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant agencies such as social services, mental health, and community safety organizations.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a coordinated working approach across all teams.

Person Specification

In-depth knowledge of housing legislation and best practices in the social housing sector.

Proven experience in working within housing services and delivering quality services to residents.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of housing officers.

Demonstrable experience in delivering service improvements and enhancing resident experiences.

Ability to build effective partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.

Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative working style.
