This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Stonemasons, Stone Fixers, Heritage Bricklayers, and Restorers to join a highly respected and collaborative team working on historically significant projects.

To be considered for this Stonemason role, the successful candidate will require the following:

Key Responsibilities:

*

Carry out traditional stone masonry and stone fixing works on listed buildings and heritage assets

*

Restore, replace, or conserve damaged stonework to the highest craftsmanship standards

*

Collaborate with site managers, conservation architects, and heritage consultants

*

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with health and safety procedures

*

Travel to and work on multiple projects across Dorset and Portsmouth as needed

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Stonemasonry (or equivalent)

*

Valid Black or Gold CSCS Card

*

Previous experience working on heritage or conservation projects

*

Proficient in banker masonry, stone fixing, and/or traditional brickwork

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and method statements

*

Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality restoration work
