We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioner (minimum Level 3) to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Chester.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS

* Observe, assess, and record children's development

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

* Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times

* Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated nursery team

* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)

* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)

* A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
