We are currently recruiting for a Launch Coordinator to join the team based at our Tenens Way, Boston site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an integral part of the business. If you have experience in Project Management, this role could be for you!

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* To project manage all launches across the group, providing regular updates as and when required to the retail, internal and external sales team and all other relevant departments

* Facilitate and chair pre-production meetings for launches that are for multiple lines

* To take ownership of the Retailer Brand and all projects relating to the brand and adhere to all retailer launch processes

* Proactively manage critical path timings for launches

* To manage the trackers to ensure all FTP and launch dates are updated on the systems

* To work independently and use own initiative to make decisions, seeking guidance from the Office Manager when necessary

* Develop an effective communication chain with key stakeholders to ensure that any key concerns are highlight and ensure all parties are involved to guarantee 100% launch

* To ensure that no amends are made to approved retailer artwork at Coveris UKFC

* Arrange post launch review meetings to identify any areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

* Co-ordinate with the Pre-Production Technician and the Coveris contact any print trials that are required by the Retailers and ensure that the Coveris trial process is followed

* Ensure that Master Colour Standards and any relevant information required for the launch have been sent

* Organise press passes if required by the Retailer with the relevant production site and to attend if required

* Retain print samples for all new packaging arrange for samples to be sent into the Retailer or relevant Artwork Houses as required

Key Requirements:

* Comprehensive experience required in Project Management

* Experience in Print and Packing preferred

* Computer literate - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint

* Client facing experience preferable

* Experience with Prism, however training will be provided

* Travel may be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
