The Estimator / Surveyor (Residential) is responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of residential window and door projects from initial enquiry through to installation handover.This role ensures accurate estimating, precise surveying, and an exceptional customer experience, supporting the company's commitment to quality installations and professional service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in residential estimating and/or surveying (windows, doors, or construction)
* Strong technical knowledge of window and door systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience using CRM systems
* Good understanding of building regulations and installation practices
* Full UK driving licence
