What We Offer

Starting salary: £28,000-£30,000
First-year earnings: £35,000-£40,000 OTE

Our Impact Academy provides a structured and supportive entry into recruitment. You'll gain real-world experience from day one, learning how to manage candidates, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Your Role

In your first year, you will:

Source and interview candidates for education roles
Build relationships with schools and teaching professionals
Support the sales team in generating placements
Develop new business opportunities
Work towards and exceed targets
Earn commission as you progressThis is a sales-driven role where your success is determined by your effort and consistency.

Support and Mentorship

You will benefit from:
