The role- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Working closely with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth, proactive progression of matters
- Using modern case management systems to streamline processes and reduce admin burden
- Being trusted to run your files with autonomy, while still having senior support when needed

You- An experienced conveyancing fee earner, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or solicitor
- Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
