The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and innovation, our client is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive business development and relationship management across a designated sales territory. This high-profile position offers excellent scope for career progression within a supportive, well-established technical sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed area goals.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and promote specialist components for HVACR and industrial applications.
Deliver technical advice and solutions to support clients' projects and procurement needs.
Monitor and analyze area sales performance, producing regular reports for senior management.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Area Sales Manager Profile:

Proven experience in internal / area sales or account management within the HVACR, engineering, technical, or distribution sectors.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a wider sales team.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area; full driving licence required.Rewards:
