Finishing Manager

We are currently searching for a Finishing Manager for a first-class residential developer on one of their flagship schemes in Birmingham. This scheme is producing over 2,500 new high-quality homes and it requires a Finishing Manager to oversee the finishes of one of the phases.

* Oversee all finishing and fit-out stages, including plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, and final installations.

* Subcontractor Coordination - Schedule, direct, and supervise subcontractors delivering interior packages.

* Quality Control - Ensure high-quality workmanship and finishes in line with client specifications and project standards.

* Snagging & De-snagging - Lead snagging processes, manage resolution of defects, and ensure areas are handed over snag-free.

* Health & Safety Oversight - Maintain safety standards during finishing works, especially in confined or occupied areas.

* Handover Preparation - Prepare completed areas for final inspections and ensure documentation is in place for smooth handover.

Required:

* 3+ years' experience specialising in internal fitout packages, ideally in the residential sector.

* Main contractor or Developer experience is beneficial but not essential.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
