Property Owners Account Handler
Location: London City (Hybrid Options Available)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 negotiable and depending on the candidate’s experience + Benefits and Bonus
The Company:
Working for a respected and growing independent firm you will have excellent schemes facilities and relationships in place to allow you to excel and work across a property binder, take ownership and begin to develop your own book of business.
The business is growing through development and this position has come around due to the growth of the property owners division allowing for a new role to develop and manage a successful binder.
The Role:
As a Property Owners Account Handler you will support a large book of established Property Owners clients which are all focused on commercial property, residential, developers, managing general agents, pension providers, solicitors, fund managers and more.
You will focus on the account handling support required to service the accounts across various real estate / property owner clients. You will be given the opportunity to broaden further client development skills through working on open market, specialist schemes and binders and being able to communicate with external stakeholders.
Dealing with the client and the placement of the risk within this specialist area working on Acturis. Opportunity to develop into an executive that is the sole broker for the property book.
The Required Skills
Proven experience within property owners insurance
Experienced with a scheme or binder is desired but not essential
Willingness to learn and want to develop
Strong IT, Communication and inter-personal skills
