Are you an experienced Trainer Assessor Looking for a 12 month FTC?

Txm Recruit are exited to announce that We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess training programs for our client within the Rail industry, 

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for someone who is professional, with great attention to detail, organised and a good communicator The role will be on a full - time  basis on- site. You will be responsible for conducting our clients stage 1 driver assessments. You will also be required to run stage 1 driver assessment days from organising administration, inputting scores on database and conducting the assessments. Stage 1 assesments will be mainly paper based personality/psychological assessments. You will need to have previous experience of conducting stage 1 driver assessment. Previous experinece in Conducting stage 2 driver assessments would be a desirable.

It would be advantages if you were qualified in SHL Level A/B or qualified in SHL Personality & Ability Program (PAA) for this role,
