What we're looking for:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with ALN/SEN needs

• A resilient, caring and patient approach to learning

• Confidence working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Ability to assist the class teacher in creating a positive, well-managed learning environment
