I'm hiring for a major UK food manufacturer with a strong portfolio across a variety of categories. Big volumes. Recognisable brands. Serious retail exposure.

This isn't a “keep the spreadsheet ticking” role.

You'll sit at the centre of Commercial, NPD and Supply Chain, owning short, mid and long-term forecasts in a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment.

What you'll be responsible for:

Building and refining accurate forecasts using SAP.
Adjusting for seasonality, promotions, customer dynamics and supply constraints
Analysing demand patterns daily, weekly and monthly
Leading forecast conversations within S&OP
Modelling promo impact and NPD launches
Tracking forecast accuracy, bias and adherence to plan
Improving processes, data quality and system utilisation
You'll need:

3+ years in Demand Planning within FMCG (short shelf life is ideal)
Strong SAP APO experience
Advanced Excel capability (modelling, scenario analysis, data automation)
Confidence to challenge Commercial and influence stakeholders
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-variability environment
