Description

Lead a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Zero Harm and regulatory standards.
Maintain high product quality through robust processes, RCA, audit readiness and adherence to SOPs.
Deliver the production plan, maximise OEE, reduce losses and lead KPI performance routines.
Drive continuous improvement, problem‑solving and operational excellence using structured methodologies.
Coach, develop and engage shift teams; build capability, succession and cross‑skilling.
Manage controllable costs, minimise waste and support long‑term cost‑saving initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and other functional partners to deliver aligned results.Profile

Leadership experience in high‑volume manufacturing (ideally FMCG).
Strong understanding of quality, safety and process improvement tools.
Ability to lead complex change through data‑driven decision making.
Experience developing teams, driving accountability and building performance.
HND or degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).Job Offer
