Our client is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their nurturing and professional team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support each child’s development. You’ll work closely with your team to provide high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn through play.
What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles
- A warm, caring approach and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and learning in line with the EYFS
- Plan and carry out fun, age-appropriate activities based on children’s interests
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children’s development through observation, assessment, and meaningful interactions
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet the individual needs of every child
