Contract Electronics Design Engineer - Remote / North UK - £55-65p/h Outside IR35

Location: Fully Remote (must be UK-based), occasional site visits in Leeds or Manchester
Rate: £55-65 per hour (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6-12 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We're working with an electronics engineering company that delivers cutting-edge solutions across industrial automation, smart infrastructure, and advanced sensor technologies. Due to a surge in new projects, they're looking to engage a Contract Electronics Design Engineer with a strong foundation in both analogue and digital design.

This is a fully remote role with occasional visits to sites in Leeds or Manchester.

Key Skills Required:

* PCB Design & Schematic Capture (Altium, Pads, or similar)

* Analogue & Digital Circuit Design

* Low-power / low-noise circuit design

* EMC compliance and testing (desirable)

* Embedded C/C++ knowledge (desirable)

* Experience in industrial, medical, or instrumentation environments preferred

Nice to Have:

* Functional safety experience (ISO 13849, IEC 61508)

* Experience designing for harsh or high-vibration environments
