Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services
* Identify potential business needs through detailed fact-finding missions
* Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating it with sales activity and potential leads
* Send follow-up emails to potential clients to convert leads
* Collaborate with the wider sales team with the aim of increasing sales and leads across the board
Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:
* Experience in making outbound calls in a B2B environment
* A confident telephone manner, able to articulate clearly and build rapport quickly
* Previous experience working on a CRM system, combined with strong administration skills
* Determined and vibrant with a positive attitude and a hunger to earn and succeed
