Key Responsibilities:

• New business development
• Key account management, retention, and development
• Candidate attraction, management, placement
• Management of own candidate and client base
• Client meetings
• Working to your KPIs and targets
• Consultative market knowledge sharing with all stake holders
• Supporting, sharing, developing best practise with colleagues & team

To be the successful candidate you need:

• A full UK driving license is preferred
