Salary: £62K +packages

Required: Dfe experience

Start date: Asap

As Design Manager on this project, your responsibilities will include:

* Attending and contributing to design meetings

* Reviewing designs

* Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process

* Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants

* Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments

* Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications

* Ensuring project completion in line with programme

* Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues
