Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports children's early development
Ensure pupil safety and well-being, supporting their social and emotional development.
Engage in ongoing professional development and apply best practices to improve teaching.
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support individual goals.
Build strong relationships with parents, providing progress updates and attending meetings.
Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings
