We are searching for an experienced, hands-on professional in alliance management with strong project management skills, capable to work cross-functionally across the organization. The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Alliance Management is responsible for ensuring that major operational partnerships are proactively and effectively managed.

Reports to:BD Head
Ø Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relation in all solutions areas in the alliance
Ø Knowledgeable of the partner’s propositions, their markets, business challenges and opportunities; can proactively manage alliance issues to mitigate risks and accelerate value
Ø Coordinate and facilitate the appropriate exchange of information and documentation for regulatory, clinical, research and commercial activities
Ø Demonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
Ø Ensure that strategies and decisions are implemented in consistent with Everest alliance strategy.
Ø Manage contractual obligations, such as milestone payments, contract negotiations, contract amendments and letter of agreements to partners and internal senior management as appropriate.
Ø Conduct reviews and meetings, as appropriate, with senior management and other functions to communicate key issues, milestones, etc. and gather feedback.
Ø Advanced Degree (Ph.D., M.D., Master, etc.) in sciences or related field required;
Ø Minimum of 5 years of alliance experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
Ø Experience in managing late clinical stage projects, in the role of project lead, project management lead, or regulatory lead (because the most important part of this role is helping coordinate the transfer of documents for IND submission) is a plus.
Ø Strong personal skills, capability to lead a cross-functional team
