Costs Draftsperson / Costs Lawyer - Claimant
Full Time, Part Time and Self Employed positions available
Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonuses
Hybrid Working (2 office visits a month)
Our client is a well-respected Costs Firm who pride themselves on client care and development of their team.
We are looking for experienced Claimant Costs Draftspersons' / Costs Lawyers to join a national client as they continue to expand in 2026!

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Drafting bills of costs (using CostsMaster drafting software) in both traditional and electronic (Precedent S) format
* Preparing Costs Budgets in form Precedent H in accordance with Departmental requirements/workstreams
* Managing your own caseload dealing with complex matters.
* Client care and business development
What we need from you:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in costs - inhouse or external costs.
* Experience in bill drafting, budgeting and negotiations.
* Knowledge of Costsmaster
* Desire to grow and develop
