Our client, a globally recognised multi-asset investment fund is looking to hire a HR professional to join its high performing back office function. The fund - which has a focus on the real asset and mid-market space are continuing business as usual in the current market and have recently made a number of new acquisitions across Europe, making it a busy and exciting time to join. As the HR Administrator / Adviser, you will be working closely with the Head of HR to deliver an efficient and effective service to the funds employees and management team across a global remit. The ideal candidate will have previous HR project and systems experience with previous exposure to the financial services industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Global Head of HR
  • Manage the new starter processes in accordance with guidelines
  • Lead on the employee data cleanse and creation of HR system
  • Support the Head of HR with paperwork required for employee lifecycle changes
  • Support the team with employee relation cases
  • Produce monthly reports as requested by the Head of HR
  • Ensure that all files are kept in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Responding to employee queries and any relevant requests
  • Act as a champion of HR systems and processes across the wider business.
  • Work closely with payroll and benefits to prepare monthly instruction
  • Provide support during monthly / annual review processes
  • Support the wider business with specific HR related projects
PROFILE
  • Strong generalist HR administration skills
  • Experience of working across an international remit
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong technical HR system experience (PeopleHR desired)
  • Previous HR project experience across a business
  • An understanding of private equity would be advantageous
