Reed are recruiting for a technically-minded sales administrator to join a well-established business in Bristol. This role involves processing customer orders, interpreting technical product images, and managing complex product data.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and interpret technical product images.
• Create and maintain job sheets and product files.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to clarify technical details.
• Support with quotes and technical documentation.
• Spend time in the production area to gain hands-on product understanding.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in engineering admin, electrical wholesale, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn technical product ranges.
• Comfortable working in a small, experienced team.
• Proficient in MS Office and database systems.
