Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Nurse RGN to join our dementia specialist elderly care home in York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care and experience in managing nursing duties and floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Assist with nursing duties as required.
- Ensure care plan audits are regularly updated.
- Complete medication audits accurately.
- Join a newly established home and contribute to its growth.

Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) preferred.
- Proven experience in dementia care.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in staff management.
