Project Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: £45,000 (DOE)

Full-time, Permanent (Office-based)

Metalis is proud to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative manufacturer. Due to continued growth, we are supporting them in the search for a talented Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on projects from concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, from initial brief to installation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
Liaise closely with internal departments and Directors to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and accurate quotations
Collaborate with production and external partners to bring creative concepts to life
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
Support and mentor junior team members
Provide accurate project costing and forecastingWhat We're Looking For
