The Role

* Support the SENDCO in leading SEND provision across the school

* Teach your specialist subject + small-group SEND interventions

* Lead morning literacy and contribute to whole-school SEN/EAL programmes

* Monitor SEND/EAL teaching quality and support staff development

* Liaise with parents, external agencies, and key stakeholders

* Support statutory processes, Access Arrangements, and EHCP evidence

* Take a lead role in KS3 transition and parental engagement

Requirements

* A strong classroom teacher with SEND expertise

* Passionate about inclusion and raising achievement
