Our client, a leading IT Services Provider (MSP) in the UK, is seeking an experienced New Business Sales Manager to spearhead the development of a New Business Sales Executive team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, driving new business growth for a dynamic and innovative company.

About the Role

As the New Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a New Business Sales Manager team, with the immediate opportunity to hire 3-4 team members. The team will primarily consist of ambitious fresh graduates, and you will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and developing them into top-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and lead a new New Business Sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of 3-4 team members.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.

* Coach and mentor a team of graduate-level Sales Executives, fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.

* Set clear performance targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.

* Collaborate with senior leadership to align the New Business Sales team's efforts with the company's growth objectives.

* Continuously improve processes, tools, and techniques to maximise lead generation and conversion rates.

About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales leader with a proven track record in managing sales or new business sales teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for developing talent.

Essential Requirements:

Proven Management Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years managing an SDR or new business sales team, ideally within IT, technology, or a related sector.

Team Building Expertise: Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring graduate-level or entry-level sales professionals.

Sales Strategy Development: Strong ability to design and execute successful lead generation and sales strategies.
