CNC Miller, £35-£40K, Glasgow, Permanent, Monday to Friday, Dayshift, Permanent

Aspirare are working with a leading engineering company who are expanding and looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology on high-specification components within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manufacture precision components from customer drawings to meet production cycle times

* Ensure a “right first time” approach with a strong focus on quality and efficiency

* Contribute to the development and improvement of production and manufacturing processes

* Communicate effectively across the team and wider departments

* Adhere to all company health & safety and environmental procedures

* Rotational nightshift may be required (Nightshift rate: £25 p/h)

Essential Skills & Experience:

* CNC Milling: 4 years (required)

* Experience working with Fanuc controls across various machines including 5-axis, vertical, and horizontal mills

* Strong communication skills across all levels of the business

* Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance team environment

Desirable Experience:

* Familiarity with SPC and lean manufacturing practices

* Confident using basic PC software and production systems
