Operations Manager - Children's Services

Operations Manager, Children and Young People - Liverpool and Widnes - Up to £50,000 (based on Experience)

My client is a highly successful organisation what specialise in Children with EBD and Mild Learning Disabilities. They have expanded over the last year and are growing all the time.

We are looking for an experience and passionate Operations manager to oversee the 4 Services in the Knowsley and Widnes area. These range from a 5 bed to a 1 bed, and they are all for Children and Young People with EBD and Mild Autism.

You will oversee the managers of these services and will mentor and lead them to ensure positive outcomes at all the services. You will work closely with the Directors to ensure quality of care is upheld at all times. You will also manage the budgets and will be involved in the growth of the company; this includes being a part of the new services and assisting with the referrals for these services.

This is a 9-5, Monday to Friday position, but some degree of flexibility will be expected. This company is a close-knit team, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, welcoming and passionate about their job. To apply for this job, you must have the following;

- Experience in a Management role in Children's Residential Care

- Proven track record with Leading a team and achieving positive outcomes

- Experience in an Ops role is desirable

- Good knowledge of Ofsted and Legislation within Children's Services

- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)

- Driver

- Calm under pressure
